I squat 275 lbs. and can deadlift 215 lbs. I am even starting to bench press again which the doctor said was not advisable. However I am determined to be as I was before the surgery, and my regular doctor is amazed and encourages me to keep at it. He says I have the body of a 35 year old and look about that old too (not 49!!) And I am not doing this to be a professional weightlifter and do not look like one either. Chad also advises me on diet, cardio, supplements, anything I need to know about fitness. I highly recommend that anyone of any fitness level hire Chad as their personal trainer. He is very professional and very pleasant to work with. He will make a program that will work for you, and encourage you, and push you when you need pushing and get you to where you want to be physically. I will continue to train with Chad indefinitely, I love to workout and be fit!! You will be very satisfied and happy if you hire him as your trainer!!
