Well, the truth is, I love beets. They are one of the vegetables I promote the most to people when I am asked about nutrition. I also love exercise and mostly LOVE exercising to music. Get it? What I hope to accomplish through Beets Per Minute is to share my personal experience with nutrition and fitness, my thoughts and feelings about issues we all struggle with, some of my (mostly) favorite things, and hopefully (most importantly) to gain a thing or two from all of you. I have been a fan of lifestyle blogs for the past several years and have learned many things from each and every one of them. I only hope I can do the same for others.
