I believe every client is different so a coach has to assess each individual and determine the best protocol accordingly. To experience true health and fitness one must embrace total wellness. This involves exercises that enhance cardio-respiratory fitness coupled with other self-care mechanism (Nutrition, Sleep, Water, etc.) that promote health for the total being. Exercise is self-care and it should make you better. It should be achievable, effective and fun. As your coach, I will design an exercise program based on your goals and ability, motivate you along the way, keep exercises achievable yet challenging and inspire you to become a better you.
