I have personal training with Chrissy twice a week and on-line training twice a week. The workouts are unbelievable. I am getting maximum benefit with minimum effort because the exercises are designed for my needs. After a workout, I can tell I have exercised, but I am not sore and my joints do not hurt. I have learned the correct body position and technique is a must to get the maximum results from your workout. The problem is that without a certified knowledgeable trainer showing you and correcting you, you will not get maximum efficient results and run the risk of injury. I can’t say enough of how impressed I am with the quality of the personnel training at Titan up Fitness in Yuma AZ lead by Christine Frye.
