Many of Jo's clients are seeing benefits in their active live styles due to specific flexibility, plyometric and strength training programs. In particular Jo has many clients that are seeing improvement in their golf game. Having two children, Jo also has experienced the importance of pre and postnatal fitness. Familiar with many alternative exercises that woman can benefit from during pregnancy, as well as those that should be avoided. It is important to Jo to listen to her clients and to create a unique program that specifically addresses their needs. Skilled in sports conditioning, Jo's vast athletic experience also includes 2 years as an All-Conference soccer player at Division I, St. Bonaventure University, running several marathons as a Boston qualifier as well as placing as a top finisher in Olympic distance triathlons.
