Israel is 56 year old Rabbi and he has been coming to me consistently for about 1.5 years twice a week. He shared a recent fitness success with me recently. He was in in the airport and he needed to get to his gate before crew closed the aircraft doors. Because he had so little time his only option was to run. And so he ran. And he ran. And he ran. And he was able to run. This was a great success for him and for me as well. Oh, and he made his plane.
