I was starving all the time and wanted to have my cookie or brownie or pizza to eat but I knew I had to be strong. I kept on telling myself that it will get easy and things will be much better for me. It is much easier if you have a support system or someone to do the program with. I had my husband and we both did the program and feel great. It does help to have someone in the same house as you doing the program because if you cheat or have cravings the will encourage you or threaten to tell Brandie what you did. I have lost 43 pounds on the program and gone from a size 14 to a size 8. I will continue to stay on the same path throughout the rest of my life!
