Every month I attended counseling with Dawn and the regular follow up with Dr. Clark. Each month a new chapter was added to my Weight Management University™ book. Before I knew it, my year was completed! Today, I am happy to say that I have more than achieved my goal. I weigh 150 lbs. I never thought I would see that day. I went from a size 3X to a size 12 - a medium! I have gained confidence in ME and am no longer depressed. Last Mother's Day, I took a motorcycle ride for the 1st time in 35 years. This summer I rode on every single roller coaster at Busch Gardens. I also took my first airplane trip. Of all my goals achieved, the one thing I look forward to most of all now is the arrival of my first grandchild. I am overwhelmed with joy because finally I feel ALIVE, and looking forward to living the new me. Thanks Dr. Clark and all his caring staff!
