Not only is Andy highly technical, he is extremely patient and helped me understand body positioning and the mechanics of the deadlift. Deadlifting has now become one of my favorite exercises. Aside from powerlifting, Andy has a passion for and expertise with the kettlebell. I now finish my workouts with a variation of kettlebell swings, snatches, cleans, presses, and loaded carries. During my one year of training with Andy, I saw significant gains in my overall strength, and extreme satisfaction with how I feel. I ran my first marathon during this year of training, and I owe it to Andy for helping me with my strength training. Most importantly, my mindset changed, as I have found my passion again for working out. Andy's the best.
