With his positive encouragement ringing in my ears, I kept going. Now, I am able to run six miles in an hour – quite an improvement on my old time -- and I have defined muscles in my arms and legs! Very cool. Plus, I now easily fit into a size six – and every once in a while into a four. My friends and family are amazed at my progress and I feel like I owe much of it to Louis’ lack of doubt in my ability to achieve physical fitness. I feel years younger and am excited to continue this positive turn in my life. He still checks in with me from time to time.
